Well.. let me tell you all about her:
This is ceremonial cacao. Organic, nurturing, and straight from Mama India. For a while now she’s been part of my daily routine because of how she makes me feel 🤎
There’s something so special about a cup of warming, raw, real cacao that you’ve put love and your favorite spices into. It’s one of the things I look forward to every day ✨ And whether you drink it in a ceremonial setting or not, raw cacao has so many health benefits!
I used to drink coffee almost daily for many years, but since learning more and more about the female body and our hormones, I quit. Stress is one of the major causes of hormonal imbalances which can play out in so many different ways and symptoms. Our hormones are basically controlling most of the functions in our bodies and if one is out of balance, chances are there will be a chain reaction - which is also why treating symptoms on the surface rarely helps treat the root cause of problems (but that’s a whole other topic in itself). Anyway, stress doesn’t have to mean leading a stressful life or having lots to do at work, stress can also come from caffeine, chemicals, under-eating, or over-exercising.
I know I have a hormone imbalance and so for me, I aim to balance my blood sugar levels, avoid unnecessary stress, and therefore keep my nervous system and hormonal system intact. Now I’m not saying coffee is bad for everyone and you always have to check in with your own body and truth before trusting what someone else is saying.
I’m a strong believer that our bodies are always our greatest teachers. Our minds might now always be the best students tho, haha, but since I learned, and FELT, the benefits of cacao it was easy to make it part of my self-care routine. Обожаю готовить какао с красным перцем и ванилью, огненное и нежное, пробуждающее и согревающее изнутри.

I want to share my experience of Amma Cacao products. Since i'm very sensitive to food and eat only natural products it was a big problem for me to get a good chocolate. I really love cacao but it was a challenge to have a tasty and natural one. Neither taste or quality was bad for me
